We have strived in Amarillo and the downtown area for several years. We have revitalized several buildings in downtown and look forward to helping downtown grow in the future. Our projects include-
The Coronado Inn Hotel (pictured below) at 701 S.Pierce and 702-706 S. Buchanan that we rehabilitated into the Renaissance Office Park and Event Center with the Renaissance Condominiums on the Buchanan street side.
The Keystone office building at 701 S. Fillmore into 1 and 2 bedroom lofts for lease, known now as the Fillmore Lofts in 2007.
Completed in 2008 was the reconstruction of the Original McMillin Apartments, a 1926 apartment complex. Now known as the Parkview Apartments that consist of affordable 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
